I can't believe that Christmas is so close, it's like I can almost touch it. And yet it's so far away that I can't even see it. It's just so hard to believe that it's here! It snowed last night, and now the ground is finally sparkling white (for the first time this winter). Excitement is the only thing that fills this house this time of year. Everyone is just about to die of it!

The Writings of abby grace has a great post about how, and what to do when staying up on Christmas Eve. It really looks fun.

Today, we are going to go to a Christmas tree farm to get our Christmas tree, and are really exited! After we get the tree, we are going out to eat, and then we will come home, decorate the tree, and then, we will do our first devotional for our Jesse Tree (after we do the nursery). It's almost like, once we get our Christmas tree, it will officially feel like Christmas. Because all the lights will be up, the snow will fall every once in a while, and our decorations are up inside the house. Now that the tree will be standing up, it will feel like Christmas!
